We are enjoying our first salad from the garden. Lettuce, spinach, radishes and green onions. I rushed out before the weather on thursday and collected it all. We make big salads about 3 or 4 times a week. I can't wait til we have tomatoes and peppers to add.

I can hardly wait, its hard to believe you are already enjoying the fruits of your labor! Jon and the boys just finished planting our garden Friday evening. Last week he did plant lettuce, onions, radish and something else in planters off the back porch so I can have greens close.

ReplyDeleteLooking very good. We just put in three new grow boxes this week. A few things (lettuce, beet greens, chard, onions) are harvestable in the big garden.
